This website is intended for
general information purposes. By accessing this website and the materials and
information contained herein, you acknowledge that you have read, understand,
accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that follow. The site
content is protected by copyright. All rights in the pages, site content and
arrangement are owned by client or its licensors. Users are prohibited from
modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing,
selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any site content for any
other purposes than that of this site, i.e. providing information about Client.
Security
From time to time we will provide
information on security related news items that we feel you should be aware of.
These security updates will be presented on the news & events page.
Trademarks, Service Marks and Logos The trademarks, service marks and logos
("marks") appearing on this site and/or any other company' websites
are the property of those companies. Users are prohibited from using any of the
marks without the prior written consent of the relevant Company.
- Computer generated Invoice
(contract) – Does not require signature.
- The output will bear
"Designed by: Websoft Technology" on bottom right side
corner.
- Payment Gateway set Up fee
excluded unless specifically mentioned above
- All the dynamic functions
detail – Content & Images, will be entered by Client.
- Additional Menu / Page will be
charged extra as applicable.
- Company Logo or any static
Contents or Images for the website will be provided by the client.
- Amount Paid once will not be
refunded.
- Domain Registration Charges
extra as applicable
- Domain name registration will be subject to availability
- Cheque Payments subject to the
clearance of cheque
- Renewal & Maintenance of
website will be Rs.2500 p.a. from second year onwards for general website, Rs.
5000 for basic e-commerce, Rs. 10000 for basic portal (subject to revision time
to time)
- Domain will be registered after
receiving final payments before the final uploading of website / software
- Source code will not be
provided to the client for the software
- Hosting control panel will not
be provided with free hosting
- Designing will be done three
times at max before finalizing the design
- Graphic designing is not
included in the web-designing
- Design demo of the website will
be uploaded online at beta link for client consideration for not more than one
week
- All the communications made
only through registered e-mails will be treated valid
- Developer or designer will not
visit on the client side for the designing of website
- Post Implementation technical
support will be provided only through technical support online ticket system
for which the user ID & Password will be generated and provided to the
client at the time of final uploading of the software.
